The delivery times below are estimates. Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed directly by them. Luxury Care cannot therefore be held responsible for delays beyond its control.

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• A short note explaining the reason for the return, to help us process your request

If the returned product does not meet these return conditions, we will not be able to issue a refund.

For smooth, grained, exotic, or patent leather, you can use our complete Luxury Care routine: the Cleaner to clean, the Leather Care to nourish and help preserve the leather’s suppleness, followed by the Waterproofer to help protect it against water, moisture, and stains.

For coated canvas, such as on many Louis Vuitton bags, we recommend using the Cleaner on the coated canvas and the Leather Care only on the leather parts.

For very delicate or light-colored leather, we strongly recommend testing the product first on a small, discreet area. Even though our formulas are designed to be very gentle on leather, each material, finish, and color may react differently.

For suede and nubuck, we offer a range specifically designed for these materials. Terre de Sommières is recommended for absorbing greasy stains, while the Suede Eraser helps reduce certain marks and refresh the texture of the material.

Our products are handcrafted in France with particular attention to quality and ethical standards. We use exclusively natural ingredients to provide the best possible care for your leather items.

Our Cleaner is designed to remove the most common surface stains, such as dark marks caused by friction, embedded dust, makeup residue, everyday dirt, fingerprints, and similar marks.

It is not suitable for old, deeply set stains or discoloration. In those cases, we recommend consulting a professional leather specialist.

Cleaner & Leather Care
Suitable for smooth and grained leather.
Do not use on suede, nubuck, velvet, metallic, pearlescent, iridescent leather, or leather with very delicate or coated finishes.

Waterproofer
Suitable for all materials, including suede and nubuck.

Terre de Sommières
Designed to absorb greasy stains and care for delicate materials.
It can be used on a wide range of surfaces, including leather, suede, nubuck, fabric, and certain delicate textiles.

Suede Eraser
Designed specifically for suede and nubuck.
It helps remove surface stains and marks while refreshing the appearance of these delicate materials.

Cleaner: Use it whenever your bag has stains or needs a refresh. For regular maintenance, applying it every 3 to 4 months is ideal.

Leather Care: Apply every 2 to 3 months to nourish the leather. If your bag is frequently exposed to cold weather, a monthly application can be beneficial.

Waterproofer: For optimal protection, apply every 2 to 3 months or after each deep clean. If your bag is frequently exposed to moisture, reapply more often.

Our products are designed to be suitable for all leather colors, whether light or dark. However, for surface-dyed leather, especially lighter shades, it is essential to always test the product first on a small, discreet area to check how the leather reacts.

For leather with a gold or silver finish, we do not recommend using our products.

Our product can help reduce the appearance of scuffs and small scratches by nourishing the leather and improving its texture. However, for more significant damage, we recommend consulting a leather repair specialist.

Each Luxury Care product comes in a 1.7 fl oz (50 ml) bottle. This size was designed to be practical, easy to store, and long-lasting, as our formulas are highly concentrated and only require a small amount per use.

CLEANER: Glycerin soap-based cleansing milk enriched with jojoba oil, beeswax, and carnauba wax.

LEATHER CARE: Conditioning milk made with animal-derived oil and emollient oils, combined with lanolin, glycerin, and enriched with beeswax.

WATERPROOFER: Water-based protective agent enriched with nourishing oil.

You can machine wash it on a gentle cycle with cold or cool water, or wash it by hand with a mild soap. Avoid using a dryer to help preserve its softness and shape.
