Directions for Use

How do I use the two products?

  1. Clean with Cleaner: Apply a small amount of the product to the application glove, then gently rub your bag in circular motions to remove everyday dirt and stains. Let it dry for a few minutes.
  2. Protect with Leather Care: Once your bag is clean and dry, use the other side of the application glove and apply a thin layer of Leather Care. Rub it in gently, then let it dry. This care product will deeply nourish the leather, making it more supple and better able to resist external damage.

Can I use the product on leather goods other than handbags?

Yes, our product is ideal for caring for other leather goods such as shoes, belts, clothing, etc...

Delivery and Returns

How do returns work?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

The product must be intact, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must include the product, the order number, and your contact information. Please include a note specifying the reason for your return to help us process your request.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued.
