What type of leather can the products be used on?
Cleaner and Leather Care are suitable for smooth, grained, oily, exotic and patent leathers, but not for suede, nubuck and velvet. Waterproofer, on the other hand, can be used on all materials.
How often should I use the products?
Cleaner: Use it whenever your bag shows stains or needs refreshing. For regular care, an application every 2 to 3 months is ideal.
Leather Care: Apply every 2 to 3 months to nourish the leather. If your bag is often exposed to the cold, a monthly application may be beneficial.
Waterproofer: For optimum protection, apply every 2 to 3 months or after each thorough cleaning. If your bag is frequently exposed to humidity, reapply more often.

Is the product safe for all leather colors?
Yes, our product is formulated to be totally safe on all leather colors, whether dark or light. We use only leather-friendly ingredients, with no harmful solvents, acetone, silicones or harsh chemicals. Unlike other formulas that can dry out or alter the color of leather, ours is designed to nourish and protect it naturally.
That said, for light-colored or particularly delicate leathers, we always recommend testing the product on a small hidden area before full application, as a precaution.
Can the product repair scratches and minor scuffs?
Our product can help reduce the appearance of scuffs and small scratches by nourishing the leather and improving its texture. However, for major damage, we recommend consulting a leather repair specialist.
How long does the product need to dry after application?
The product should dry in about 15 minutes to an hour. For best results, leave leather overnight before use.
Can I use the product on leather goods other than handbags?
Yes, our product is perfectly suited to the care of other leather goods such as shoes, belts, clothing, etc...
How do I use the products?
- Pour a small amount of product directly onto our application glove or a soft cloth, without adding water.
- Clean your leather bag using light circular movements.
- Leave the bag to dry for at least an hour, away from direct heat and sunlight.
How do I wash the application glove?
- Rinse with lukewarm water: After each use, rinse the glove with lukewarm water to remove product residues.
- Hand-wash: Use a mild soap or non-aggressive detergent. Gently rub the glove to remove impurities without damaging it.
- Rinse well: Rinse to remove all soap residue.
- Air-dry: After washing, let the glove air-dry away from direct heat or sunlight, to preserve its shape and texture.
This keeps the application glove clean and ready for future use.

What is the delivery policy?
Delivery times vary according to your location and the delivery method you choose. Shipping time is 24h.
Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 5 working days in France - Belgium - Luxembourg and Switzerland.
I have not received my order. What should I do?

If your order has not been dispatched, we will be able to refund you directly. Please note, however, that once we have shipped your order, we no longer have the option of cancelling it. Your solution will be to return the product to us once it has been received, in accordance with our returns and refund policy.
