We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.

The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must enclose the product, the order number and your contact details. Please add a note specifying the reason for your return to facilitate processing of your request.

If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be made.

Our products are handcrafted in France, with particular attention paid to quality and ethics. We use only natural ingredients to guarantee the best possible care for your leather goods.

Our Cleaner is designed to remove the most common surface stains: dark marks caused by rubbing, embedded dust, make-up residues, everyday dirt, fingerprints, etc.

It is not suitable for old, deep stains or discolorations: in this case, we advise you to call in a leather professional.

Cleaner & Leather Care

Suitable for smooth and grained leathers.

Do not use on suede, nubuck, velvet, metallic, pearlescent, iridescent leathers or leathers with very sensitive or filmed finishes.

Always test on an inconspicuous area first.

Waterproofer

Suitable for all materials, including suede and nubuck.

Terre de Sommières

Designed to absorb greasy stains and revive delicate fabrics.

For use on a wide range of surfaces: leather, suede, nubuck, fabric and certain delicate fabrics.

Special suede rubber

Designed exclusively for suede and nubuck.

Removes superficial stains and marks, while restoring shine to these fragile leathers.

Cleaner: Use it whenever your bag shows stains or needs refreshing. For regular care, an application every 3 to 4 months is ideal.

Leather Care: Apply every 2 to 3 months to nourish the leather. If your bag is often exposed to the cold, a monthly application may be beneficial.

Waterproofer: For optimum protection, apply every 2 to 3 months or after each thorough cleaning. If your bag is frequently exposed to humidity, reapply more often.

Our products are designed to be respectful of all leather colors, whether dark or light. However, for surface-dyed leathers, in particular light-colored leathers, it is essential to always test the product beforehand on an inconspicuous area to check the reaction. Finally, we advise against using our products on leathers with a gold or silver finish.

Our product can help reduce the appearance of scuffs and small scratches by nourishing the leather and improving its texture. However, for major damage, we recommend consulting a leather repair specialist.

The product should dry in about 30 minutes to an hour. For best results, leave the leather overnight before use.

Each Luxury Care product is packaged in a 50 ml bottle. This format has been designed to be practical, easy to store and long-lasting, as our formulas are highly concentrated and can be used in small quantities.

• CLEANER: Milk with glycerol soap, enriched with jojoba oil, beeswax and carnauba wax.
• LEATHER CARE: Milk based on animal oil and emollient oils, combined with lanolin, glycerine and enriched with beeswax.
• WATERPROOFER: Water-based protective agent enriched with nourishing oils.

It can be machine-washed at 30°C or hand-cleaned with a mild soap. Simply avoid the dryer to preserve its softness and shape.

The Cleaner

If your bag is dirty or marked, always start with the Cleaner. It removes dirt, revives shine and prepares the leather for care. Apply gently and allow the material to absorb the product.

Leather Care

Once the leather is dry, you can apply Leather Care to deeply nourish the material. We recommend waiting between 30 minutes and 1 hour for it to penetrate properly.

Waterproofer

When the leather is completely dry, finish off with waterproofing. Spray on in light clouds, without saturating. Leave to dry overnight for optimum protection.

Terre de Sommières

Use only for greasy stains on all types of material. It naturally absorbs oils and restores a more even appearance.
