Directions for use
How do I use the products?
1. Cleaner (for smooth & grained leather)
Apply a small amount of Cleaner to the application glove and clean with circular movements.
Leave to dry for at least 15 minutes.
2. Nourish - Leather Care (for smooth & grained leather)
Apply a thin layer of Leather Care with the glove and massage gently.
Leave to dry completely to restore suppleness and shine.
3. Protect - Waterproofer (all materials except fragile finishes)
Spray from a distance of about 20 cm to create an even veil and leave to dry for several hours.
For leathers with low absorption, use thecloud effect: spray into the air and pass your piece through the mist for a smooth, even application.
4. Revive - Suede Gum (for suede & nubuck)
Gently rub in with small strokes to erase superficial marks and restore texture.
5. Loosen - Terre de Sommières (for oily stains only)
Sprinkle over stained area, leave on for several hours (ideally overnight), then brush off excess.
Can I use the product on leather goods other than handbags?
Yes, our product is perfectly suited to the care of other leather items such as shoes, belts, clothing, etc...
Delivery and returns
How do returns work?
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your order. The return is at your expense.
The product must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. You must enclose the product, the order number and your contact details. Please add a note specifying the reason for your return to facilitate processing of your request.
If the returned product does not comply with the return conditions, no refund will be made.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by e-mail. You can also track your package at any time at .
I have not received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received your order within 15 to 20 days, please contact us with your order number at contact@luxurycare.fr. We will keep you informed of the status of your delivery and resolve any problems.

Ingredients and production
What are the ingredients in our products?
- CLEANER: Milk with glycerol soap, enriched with jojoba oil, beeswax and carnauba wax.
- LEATHER CARE: Milk based on animal oil and emollient oils, combined with lanolin, glycerine and enriched with beeswax.
- WATERPROOFER: Water-based protective agent enriched with nourishing oils.

Our products are handcrafted in France, with particular attention paid to quality and ethics. We use only natural ingredients to guarantee the best possible care for your leather goods.
