How do I use the 2 products?
- Clean with Cleaner: Apply a small amount of product to the application glove, then gently rub your bag in circular motions to remove everyday impurities and stains. Leave to dry for a few minutes.
- Protect with Leather Care: Once your bag is clean and dry, use the other side of the application glove and apply a thin layer of Leather Care. Rub in gently, then leave to dry. This treatment will deeply nourish the leather, making it more supple and better able to resist external aggressions.
For even greater protection: use our Waterproofing to protect your bag from water and stains.
Can I use the product on leather goods other than handbags?
Yes, our product is perfectly suited to the care of other leather goods such as shoes, belts, clothing, etc...
On which types of leather are the products applicable?
Our products are ideal for soft, smooth, grained, oily and patent leathers. Please note that they are not suitable for suede, nubuck and velvet leathers.
Where are Luxury Care products made?
Our products are made in France with particular attention to quality and ethics. We use only natural ingredients to guarantee the best possible care for your leather goods.
What are the delivery times for orders?
Orders are generally delivered within 2 to 4 working days in France and 3 to 7 days for the rest of Europe.
In the United States, it takes 5 to 8 days.
During busy periods, delivery times can double. We do our utmost to meet these deadlines while guaranteeing the quality of our products. If you have not received anything after 30 days, please contact us so that we can check your order.
What is the capacity of the products?
Each Luxury Care product is packaged in a 50 ml bottle. This format has been designed to be practical, easy to store and long-lasting, as our formulas are highly concentrated and can be used in small quantities.
What shipping options are available?
We offer standard and express shipping for all orders. If you have special requirements or need faster shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to meet your expectations.
What should I do if my order is late?
If you have not received your order within 15 to 20 days, please contact us with your order number. We will follow up with you to inform you of the status of your delivery and resolve any problems.
